Hi, I’m Ulrika Malmgren. I’m a generalist who has experience in many of the different roles that you’ll encounter in tech.
My journey in tech began with a strong focus on software testing, where I learned the value of quality, feedback, and collaboration. I then ventured into coaching teams since I recognized that quality is based on the quality of conversations and the ways in which we approach the work.
While this was a very rewarding experience, I realized that I had still not written any code that went into production. So since 2016, I’ve been a software developer.
To add to this, since the autumn of 2024, I’m also a part time manager.
You’ll always find me knitting as it calms down my restless hands and is just about the most fun thing you can do.
